When you travel do you try to make an itinerary of things to do or do you just go and see what you can get in to?

I make a list of places I'm gonna see, but unless I'm doing a tour or will be somewhere for a short time or staying in multiple places, I don't really plan WHEN I will see what, as more often then not it ends up changing. And I've even had tour dates change. One thing you can NEVER plan for is how the transportation, infrastructure and travel times will be. So more often then not, I change or cut things out on the whim

My SO makes detailed plans when we travel. Sometimes, those plans just involve things like walking around an area and seeing things. Most of the time, though, it's a plan to see and visit specific places.

I’m a planner. I make itinerary's years ahead and update them at least twice a year. I knew what all i’d do in Vegas since high school 🤣 I didn't make it to Vegas until i was 23/24 and i did everything on my list except for see Calvin Harris and the Jabawockees perform. I love going prepared

I’ve had Fl (Miami/Tampa/Orlando), Texas (Dallas), Canada, Bahamas and Australia itineraries for a good while too. New York is the only one thats hard to prepare for

Wow! That is impressive! I mean I totally get making your itineraries in advanced as a hope to go some day. But to actually see them through is intense. Do you give yourself down time much with those itineraries?

Of course. My itineraries consist of sleep, dinner, shopping, sightseeing, attractions, pooltime, playtime etc

Well I mean obviously there is rest and yeah I guess if you are getting some good play and pool time in there I’m sure you get some rest but how exhausted are you usually after a trip?

Play was because of the casino. And i didn't get much sleep while there. Maybe 3-5 hours a night. I was too hype. When i come back home im exhausted

Couldnt feel my feet for a month or two after walking 2-3 hours back and forth of the strip daily. And sometimes in heels because i went clubbing for the first time. Not my thing

Def. have to plan things out. Places to stay, rent a car or take a train or a taxi. How long to stay in one area. but not to stress out when something doens't go right.

I think I would make an itinerary, but I also leave time to see something I didn't want to miss that wasn't on my itinerary.
