Would it be weird for me to travel alone?

I was thinking recently that I should go on an extended trip since I have never been on one, the one issue is that I don’t have any friends who would be good to bring and I don’t have a girlfriend.

I was interested in this though that I tried to do the mate to see how expensive a week in Paris would be, or a multi week European trip would be by myself and I found it to be not too high that I couldn’t do it if I was was smart with my money.

I have been thinking a lot about life and how I want to live it more to the fullest in the future, but without any company it would seem weird to do it on my own.

If you are going by yourself, I recommend a tour, a student exchange, or an all inclusive resort in the winter time and depending on your income, a time share hotel would be a good way to build a social network and another way to find friends is to look for lonely people in the same situation as you. People who volunteer for low demand charities are often doing it to make friends and not because they care about the charity so that is a great way to meet lonely people for friendship. I knew people who would add as many people as possible to Facebook. Poetry clubs or chess clubs are also good ways to meet people.

Traveling alone seems super nice because you don’t have to deal with other peoples problems while on the trip! Last time I vacationed, I might as well done it on my own because my friend was so problematic the who trip! Go alone, and experience some new things!

I have a buddy who travels alone extensively. You have to have the type of personality that's willing to go regardless of what people think and have the ability to interact with strangers. But don't let the lack of a partner hold you back from experiencing life. In the end it's your life to live.
