I want to go on vacation in November but it’s a blackout period (automatic no) to vacation time at my job. But the reason I want to go is that’s when my grandparents go and there old so I don't know how many more times they’ll be able

Do they HAVE to go in November? Ask your grandparents if they can go during some other time. Otherwise, I guess you could say you're having an operation, but I don't know if they'll ask for a doctor's note. Or tell them you have a family emergency. Otherwise, start looking for a new job.

I don't know why you're even trying if you already know they don't give time off in November. Honestly, the best thing to do in this situation is just tell your grandparents to do the trip another time
