Between Singapore and Japan, where would you rather live?

When I was making a decision to buy real estate in the Far East in addition to my properties in the Philippines, it boiled down to Japan & Singapore.

Singapore is beautiful & vibrant but just too small for me, a woman with "itchy feet" who makes exploration a habit.

Japan has so many stunning natural features and has an interesting history that captivates me.

Japan won my business and welcomed me as a proud new owner of several urban & rural gems that I bought and can call "homes away from home".

I have an enemy in Singapore who tried to murder me when I was 19 years old cause he had some disgusting fantasies about woman with my BMI and appearance. I would never go to Singapore.

Both are nice places to visit. I chose Singapore to live for a few reasons... fewer earthquakes and tsunamis than Japan, and Singaporeans understand English, my native language.

Singapore’s expensive but everyone speaks English/Singliahso I’ll be most likely to survive there
