Between Hawaii and Japan, where would you rather live?

Japanese citizenship is almost impossible to get unless you marry a Japanese person. I know people with high level jobs in Japan that got kicked out after ten years when their visa ran out.

However, Hawaii's climate and that fact that English its the main language makes it more appealing.
