Iguassu Falls. I was there I'm 2022 and unfortunately it was after a major storm.

Its mostly raw but they put lemon juice on it which half cooks it.

It's not for everyone but I personally love trying new dishes during my vacations. I don't like eating McDonald's when I go on vacation.
