When did you last take a train journey, and where did you go?

It was through a forest in a small historically preserved town. Forget the name of it as I was small. I have always wanted to backpack Europe by train.

Yesterday to go to downtown Toronto for dinner since driving dt is a nightmare and parking is daytime robbery.

I think around 10 years ago, I took a train through Denali park or its vicinity in Alaska which was part of our one week tour of Alaska in the summer time for some of the cruise ship guests. It wasn't too bad, I enjoyed it.
