I’m not talking about revealing pajamas tho. More like something discreet and cozy.
No. Most people go on vacation to relax, to enjoy their time. If vacation means to one person laying around all day in their pajamas in their room ordering food than that’s their prerogative. I certainly wouldn’t see a problem w someone answering the door in their pajamas if I was delivering food. Even if it was just delivering to their house while not on vacation. I’m sure some of them have seen worse. I’m not saying it’s bad opening the door in your pajamas, but it’s a hotel. People go out, party, get drunk. I’m sure they’ve seen things that were actually appalling. Now if you were rude, disrespectful, yelling at the person for whatever reason ok that’s an issue.

I think you decide what’s right for you but as to not invite unwanted attention I think for a female it’s probably better to dress conservatively it at least mindfully aware of the audience. However I do stay in hotels due to travel for work and continue to be surprised by people literally arriving for a seated breakfast in their overnight wear or in their slut suit from the previous nite so 🤷♂️
I have opened the door wearing my bra and panties

For their on convenience, I would always say, approximately what time I am about to leave and they can come in then.
That's fine. Room service has seen people answer the door in all kinds of things, PJs, nightgowns, underwear and even nude.
Tbh I never open the door for them, they have swipe cards for the rooms, they come in if I say it’s okay. I’ve been in a towel working on laptop before.
You could throw on a dressing gown if provided but yeah it's fine. I'm sure they've seen a lot worse
Technically it's not rude to open the door nude if you want. You are in your bedroom. So it's up to you to decide.
Perfectly fine. Have you SEEN the way USA Americans go shopping at Walmart? 😳☠️🙈
People all over are going for walks and to stores in their pajamas. Pajamas have become acceptable wear in many places.
No it's perfectly fine. People answer the door wearing a lot less
They won't care. They are over worked and underpaid and just want to get on with it.
I don't see why. Surely they'll understand that it's logical for you to be in pajamas. And Americans wear their pajamas in public, so Americans at least don't care
Yeah I think if you in like flannel pajamas is fine. If your wearing like a long shirt with just a thong or panties would rude and uncomfortable for the person delivering it.
Yeah, it’s your room. You walk through the halls with a bathing suit.
I see no problem with that unless I have a boner.
I don’t think so. I’m sure they seen it all so maybe open the door with nothing on. They probably haven’t seen that.
No, I don’t think so. Hotel staff appreciate it that their guests are comfortable.
Yes, on a second thought he or she might be bringing your order,, also make you to be at the safer side, for security purposes.
