Is traveling internationally for rich people and liberals?

For starters, where do these travelers get all their money? From the welfare office?

I for one, have no time no travel abroad, nor do I have any patience for dealing with foreign people. I work 6-7 days a week and I need my wages to pay taxes, mortgage and buy groceries and gasoline for my truck.

If I wanted a vacation (*if* my boss gives me permission to get time off), I'd go to Wyoming, South Dakota (and not those Indian reserves!) or maybe a Civil War battlefield. I'm also a lousy swimmer and get seasick so I avoid all bodies of water.

I'm too broke to travel. In 29 years i have not yet spent any vacation in any place outside my residency and i'm a full time software engineer wage slave, that sleeps on a mattress on the floor.

My friend, who is just 1 year older than me and is a software test engineer and he has been to Turkey, Azerbaijan, UAE, Egypt and Thailand, owns 2 apartments (one large for himself, the second is 1 room), invests money and spends money on girls and gets sex regularly.

I'm working on making money doing swing trading. Its A lucrative opportunity when otherwise you have no other income stream. Jobs are slavery.

Nah I just used to work camp jobs and used to travel in between. And the industry I’m in now quiets down a lot in winter so most companies are happy to give time off then

I’m not sure where the welfare office bit came from, but no you don’t need to be rich.

I think the issue is people assume international travel is unrealistic, when it’s not. There are jobs with benefits that include vacation time. There are also people who take contracts working for 13 weeks then take off a month. They get their money from their jobs and they save.

Only friends of mine who travel are travelling for business or family because we're all conservative
