Why is the USA years ahead, has a higher quality of life and more advanced than France?

Why is the USA and US cities ( NYC, LA, Chicago, Philly, Washington Dc, Seattle, Boston, etc) and places like Manhattan, Beverly Hills years ahead, has a higher quality of life and more advanced than France and French cities besides Paris ( Marseille, Lyon, Avignon, Montpellier, Nice, Toulouse, etc)

I live in France so I should know. Stuff get invented and introduced and available first in the USA than in European countries such as France afterwards so the USA and US cities are years ahead of France and French cities

Also no French cities ( even Paris the capital!) is in the top 20 quality of life index among all european cities!

There's no place like Manhattan and Beverly hills ( who are more advanced than any place in France) in France or even within Europe

The USA is better than most of the 49 European countries tbh.

The USA is better than Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, SLovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Albania, Macedonia, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia and Poland

The only exceptions are the UK, Ireland, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Germany which are probably as good if not better than the USA

1. The US was built on the concept of INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM, with lots of protections and recognitions of that built into the supreme law of the land. This allows people to have their CHOICE of what things to pursue, what risks to take, and what to learn.

2. The US is also a Capitalist society (not a purely capitalist society - we have tons of regulations and government interference, some needed and much that isn't, but it's still largely capitalist), which means if you make a better product or provide a better service, you can (often) make a bigger profit, and that motivates people to work harder and to work smarter, or to come up with new and better ideas, because there can be significant rewards for those who do so.

Now, this comes at a price - as does everything in life. Europeans can argue that Americans don't have a great work/life balance, and that's often true. Americans often work more hours a week and certainly get less vacation days per year than Europeans, and that's the trade-off. We have newer technology distributed much more widely, but we have to work more for it.

Unfortunately, we also have a government that squanders unbelievable amounts of our money on various things, but wars being the biggest, as we literally police the entire globe, and this has drained the value out of our economy. This isn't a fault of capitalism, but of terrible governmental policies and really a result of bad voting among the public. If it weren't for that, Americans would be living in luxury far beyond what you see today.

The US has a different culture than most countries. Itis a relatively young country that has freedom engrained in the culture. People think outside the box. This enables innovation at levels not seen in other countries. People also have a higher standard of living and there is a lot of big companies that invest in innovation and the best colleges in the world are in the US.

I know right! Harvard and Stanford are arguably the best universities in the world! Better than any European university including Sorbonne Uni in Paris

The only country in Europe that has unis as good or better than US universities ( Harvard and Stanford) are UK universities: Cambridge and Oxford uni

What do you mean when you say more advanced and higher quality of life? What do you lack in France that you have in USA?

Well there are a dozen of things, things that come to mind are stuff like:

1/rappers who have golden/silver teeth "grillz" ( nobody in France has that lmao)

2/modern cigarette lighters ( you know the one spike uses in the episode of season 2 of BTVS when he steps out of his car?), Spike uses a handheld device to light his cigarette as he steps out of the car. This device is commonly referred to as an "automatic open flame electronic lighter which exisited in the USA since the 90's since that episode of BTVS was from 1997 so well before than France. Actually I don't think this type of lighter is available here in the South of France. MAybe in Paris but only since 2015, certainly not in 1997!

3/Most American cars have automatic gearboxes, here in France people still use manual gearboxes which is old fashioned

4/ NYC has state of the art technology, France doesn't

5/ Uber become available all across the USA in small rural villages aswell as in big cities and this since 2010 In France, until recently, Uber was only available in Paris and Lyon but not here in the South of France

6/ Shops and pharmacies that are open 24/7 in the USA but not in France

7/ Motels exist in the USA but not in France

8/ More foods choices and fast food options. For example IN the USA you have 10 different flavors of Fantas or popsicles, here in France, until recently, you only had 1 flavour of fanta: the orange flavoured one. Same for popsicles. There's a limited choice of flavours and food choices in French supermarkets compared to US supermarkets

9/Reclining beds for home use 1st become available in the USA and in France years later

10 Seat warmers in cars become available throughout the USA not just in luxury cars from the 1960's than to all cars in the 1990's but in France most cars dont have them and they become available from the early 2000's so 40 years afterwards!

10/ Pepper spray has been available in the USA since the early 90's well before than in France where it's not commonly used or available

11/ Electric scooters were first available in the USA years before than it was in France

12/Smart home devices: Various smart home devices, such as voice-activated assistants (e. g., Amazon Echo, Google Home) and home automation systems, were introduced and adopted earlier in the USA compared to their availability in France.

There are loads and loads of other stuff that I can't think of right now and I've forgotten to mention that exists in the USA but not in France ( well not until several years later) which proves that the USA are years ahead and more advanced than european countries such as France

Anyway what I mean is that most things, stuff, gadgets, devices, objects, etc were available in the USA and during that time unavailable here in the SOuth of France until years later which proves that the USA is the most advanced country in the world, more advanced than European countries including France and years ahead too!

I forgot to mention: the FBI, the CIA, Limousines, Cadillacs, Drive-in Movie Theaters, etc all exist in the USA but not in France or most other European countries

Also all houses and apartments in the USA have mixer taps. I've been to many European countries including France, the UK, which are supposed to be the most advanced countries in Europe and some of their houses/apartments had old fashioned two-handle faucet faucet! And not single-handled mixer tap" so I'd like to imagine what kind of taps less advance European countries like Albania or Latvia has? lmao

Also in France a rhinoplasty can only be done under general anesthetic whereas in the USA most operations/surgery be it a nosejob, rhinoplasty, otoplasty, penile surgery can be done under either: local anesthetic ( with or without sedation), partial anesthetic or general anesthetic so that proves that the USA is more advanced than France and years ahead of France and some other SOuthern European countries
