I've owned 8 myself. None of them were brand new.
My parents gave me a 1966 Rambler American 2dr hard top in 1970 when I got my drivers license as soon as I turned 16.
A couple years later, my dad bought a new car and gave me his 1963 Buick Le Sabre 2dr hard top with a 401 cu engine.
A few years later, I bought a 1969 Chevy El Camino.
A couple years after that, I bought a souped up, semi-race, 1972 El Camino, and drove that until I was 27 years old.
But from age 27 through 56, I worked as a motor vehicle damage field adjuster/appraiser, and drove a company car. They gave me a new one every 80-100,000 miles, which was about every two years. They weren't pool cars. They were new, regular cars. And I got to choose the color. I had Fords, mostly Chevies and one time, a PT Cruiser.
They were basically my personal cars, but gas and all expenses were paid.
So, I probably had between 28 and 30 different new cars through that job, although I didn't keep track.
After retiring, I had a Toyota Hybrid for a few years. Now I have a Rav 4 Limited.
Oh god if we’re counting bikes, boats, sleds, and the works it would be well over 30
we're counting em all
If your counting boats snowmobiles & motorcycles along with cars & truck? I have easily had well over 20 vehicles.
You had a snow mobile?

@exitseven Nope never one of those things.

19-25 -Eight vehicles , 5 bicycles, 4 boats, a snowmobile, a mini bike,
Including bikes and cars etc, it’s going to be around 18 ish, with bikes I tend to have a road bike and a mountain bike, changing every few years, I also get the odd one to repair or service, for cars I tend to have something nice, something as a run around and something practical. For cars I was changing every 3 years.

I'm on my fifth car. The first two burned out, the third went to my sister when she came back from a year in Peru, and the fourth got wrecked. I've had my current car since 2018. It's the car I've had the longest.

I think it's 12, but I might be forgetting one. I bought a couple that I ended up selling to family members, so it's hard to keep track.
