Are you scared of typhoons?

We’ve got an orange typhoon alert here and It seems to be the strongest one in 50 years and I was planning on horse riding, cause I didn’t read the news. Thankfully, I noticed the purple-pink sky and as I checked the weather, seems to be strong typhoon coming.

I respect typhoons and hurricanes. I don't fear them. Where I live, the worst we get is hurricane remnants, rain and some moderate winds. I was in Taipei once during a typhoon. The hotel was well prepared, and except for a roof leak over the dining room, I felt perfectly safe.

I live in hurricane area and no not afraid of them, but do respect the energy and power they bring with them and take what safety precautions we need to do to stay safe.

We “encountered” one when we landed In Taiwan in July. Taxi driver said everything will be closed for 2 days. So we just hung out in the hotel.

The only typhoons in Gibraltar are manmade aircraft as we don't need to face the thing the aircrafts are named after so in other words i do not fear it as i do not need to face it
