I'm from Decatur, ga which just outside Atlanta LITERALLY JUST OUTSIDE THE CITY. I've lived in the city before and I loved it. Some people welcomed me and treated me like I was one of them others treated me like a outsider. I've always wanted to start a family in the city of Atlanta but I've been looking at Charlotte too. My son lives in Greensboro, NC which is about a hour from Charlotte. I have family in Charlotte the times I've visited it gave a nice home felt vibe.

It's all about the way of life you want to have. For instance I have no interest of ever living in a large city, not all that crazy about even visiting the large cities. Siesta Key where I work is about as busy a place I want to be in and I love living more in a country setting.
