Which city in America should I move to?

I live in Manhattan. The place is sprawling and it’s out of control. More thugs than normal people, drugs are coming in fast, illegal immigrant children begging and selling food they don’t older 5 years old most of the time, crazy crackhead bums everywhere, the buildings are rotting, the trains/buses/subways are declining by the hour. What’s not like this? Where should I move to? I’m not raising my children here and they are never visiting it.

Sedona, AZ is nice, but expensive.
Fayetville AR, or Fayetteville, NC.
Asheville, NC
Chattanooga, TN
Napa, CA
Lisle, IL

Get to a red state as fast as you can. I would suggest Florida, but not near the beach.
