@TrueConfection I would recommend a Caribbean cruise on Celebrity for your first cruise. The ship is not super huge where you get lost in crowds, food and entertainment are good, plenty of things to do onboard.

I have the sea and beaches almost literally at my doorstep. Great for long walks in the winter, refreshing dips in the summer and sunbathing in the spring and autumn. Summer gets too hot and crowded to really enjoy it.
