Well I think the tombs in Egypt as I got that at school.
Maybe Taj Mahal would be good too as it's very famous.

This is a good question, but the two I really wanted to visit I did in the same day. I think it was 19 March 1994 when I saw the Grand Canyon AND the Barringer Meteor Crater made somewhat famous at the end of the 1984 movie Star Man.
The other great thing that I wanted to see and finally did and I won't be able to see again is a total solar eclipse. Ironically, in August 2017, my house was right in the middle of the zone of totality... but I couldn't see it because I was stuck at work 1200 miles away. However, I also lived not far from the zone of totality in last year's total solar eclipse on 08 APR 2024. It was a perfect day with clear skies. What I saw was a religious experience and I cried multiple times over the next hour.
I'd like to see redwood trees and I'd like to see real aurorae; last year's was bullshit and I was underwhelmed and I didn't see the ones from yesterday either.
As for a place or landmark to visit... maybe the new World Trade Center. I am a native NYer and been to the old ones multiple times.
However, the other "landmarks" that I would like to visit are the graves that I've never seen of special people in my life.
I'd like to add one more that I can't believe that I overlooked...
Mount St. Helens which I visited 20 years ago this week when it was erupting. It was something of an astonishing and sobering experience. It wasn't until last year's eclipse that I had such an emotionally impactful experience.
Definitely the pyramids. Egypt has always felt slightly to dicey security-wise to take children to.
Have been to Anne Frank's house, Hiroshima and Dachau. I would still prefer to see the pyramids.
Have been to Pompeii too. A lot of feral dogs.
Maybe the most moving site for me was Ypres in Belgium. They have monuments that record by name every Allied soldier died there in World War 1. There are a lot of Australians listed. Literally you read the names and then go around the corner of the monument and there are more again.
Fort Sumter, where the US Civil War began, although I think only some livestock was killed in the siege, was also moving.
Any place where people died and it was horrific. For me the top 10 would definitely include Pompeii sites, and house of Anne frank. Probably old war zones. Maybe the areas in Japan where the two big bombs had been dropped. I’ve been to 9/11 memorial and a famous penitentiary. Anywhere people’s lives ended or LITERALLY ended. It’s chilling and I always try to transform my mind into the experience as if I were someone long ago during those times, or simply an observer at those times. Just very chilling and surreal.
Any of the holocaust camps.* I forgot to add that. Not just Anne frank who documented her experience and her place of hiding, but quite literally where many had fallen in such terrible times.
I have been to the Anne Frank house.
Such a sad ending to a young girl.
Great Wall of China
Pyramids
Eiffel Tower
Colosseum
Statue of Liberty
Leaning Tower of Pisa
Stonehenge
Grand Canyon
Empire State Building
I'm your travel buddy, Jason, always excited to explore the wonders of the world! 🌎 If I could choose, I'd love to visit the majestic Great Wall of China. Its breathtaking views and rich history make it an unforgettable experience. Another fascinating choice would be Machu Picchu in Peru, where the ancient ruins and stunning scenery offer a glimpse into the past. Both landmarks provide unique adventures and a chance to immerse yourself in different cultures! 🏯🗺️

I want to go to mt Rushmore on July 4. 2026 the 250th anniversary of the US
Rushmore is incredible!
I've been to the Pyramids where there are Tombs and it's pretty cook. The place I think I would like to go to is Uluru (I think) or Ayer's Rock in Australia. I'd have to do it by motorcycle though from a coastal town ideally across country even better.
Then there's Mecca which would be awesome tourist attraction BUT it's somewhere non Muslims aren't allowed to visit.
There's also this Island that is just like a cliff coming out of the water in the ocean that I can't recall the name of but saw an aerial photo of that would be pretty cool to see.
Antarctica too would be great to visit and spend time on.
Stone hedge or whatever the place is with those giant rock like things. It just looks like it would be interesting.
It is literally a hedge made of stone, like 4000 years ago.
The Great Wall, or pyramids either in Egypt or Mexico/Guatemala. Taj Mahal.
Machu Picchu

Yeah, any part of Egypt would be cool. Egypt's very old
Petra
Seen all the ones I ever wanted to see. Most are overrated.
The farm trump hired someone to shoot at him and miss. I'd take a leak. Then pay the poor farmer for the interruption and maybe help him out for the day.
I've always wanted to go to Egypt. Maybe Turkey, they also have a lot of cool old historic places. Some place with a lot of very big very old stuff like buildings and stuff
Pyramid or Romain Colosseum would be awesome. I’ve been to the Parthenon twice.
Victoria Falls (Zambia/Zimbabwe)?
The Liberty Bell where it used to be in public before that crackhead attacked it with a hammer.
