Talking to little kids there... little dude started beating his sister. I felt bad. Like, I'm not all women's rights and stuff but that was abusive to observe. This was on the train and we were doing something in Indonesia.

I've probably been there a handfull of times... it was a port visit... classic Navy shit. I wouldn't want to live there. It was just so crowded and women get treated like shit even though I know it doesn't hold that reputation. When I was there though it gained that reputation just from what I was seeing. I don't have a single idea why women are so hated there. My biggest memory was some loser taxi driver guy calling me a f***** because I don't even have 3 wives like he does. The logic for his argument... I don't know what's up with them. Maybe you can tell me wtf was going on there... judging by your username, I'm going to guess you could tell me about what all that shit I watched was all about. Like, why do they treat the women like shit? I did hookers there just like any other country, but they got treated expecially harsh on the surface level. Why?

Australia has more crocs than Indonesia. If there is water, there is a crocodile is the golden rule in Northern Australia. They are quite sneaky and will pretend to be logs as they stalk you at night.

The komodo dragon is what you have to watch out for in Indonesia. They look too slow to be dangerous but they have evolved to just give a single nip and come back later to eat your carcass. Truly venomous not just poisonous with a dirty mouth. It stops your blood clotting so you bleed out.

Indonesians are good people and we get on with them quite well.
