I can not recommend Berlin, There are many nice towns and cities in Germany, but Berlin is not one of them. It’s the equivalent of New York - trash, dogshit, graffiti, drugs and rude people.

Munich, Tübingen, Heidelberg... it correlates inversely with the amount and rigor of law enforcement. Hence why Berlin is in its own "class". 🤮
