I appreciate that his intent might be just friendly, that's a very familiar touch for someone who isn't closely related. And I am sure he wouldn't touch a male the same way.
It's not that he necessarily had bad intent. He just didn't respect her right to be asked before he did it or he can keep his hands to himself.
From what I see, there is nothing wrong here. Look at her reaction when Justin Wong touches her. She isn’t in the least bit uncomfortable in her body language.
