Lets see, in one city I've visited, a Muslim beat a white woman nearly to death for wearing shorts on a public bus. He got let off with 3 anger management classes. Another molested 5 different girls at a swimming pool within about 2 hours, and got let go with no charges. How about in Europe, where a Muslim anally raped a 6 year old boy at a swimming pool and was let go on appeal, using his excuse that "he had a sexual emergency" Or the Muslims in the UK that kidnapped girls and sent them back to be Jihadi brides, killing one, and feeding her body at their restaurant to the girls worried parents. Or the Muslim rapist that got pepper sprayed by the teenage victim, only to have the victim charged. What do you call that? Whitephobia? Hmm as a general rule of thumb I do not like to comment about criminal cases in the media, as the media tends to go haywire about it and leaves out critical legal considerations.
But yeah, assuming it is proven racially motivated aggravated assault (legally, for there to be a solid argument for racial motivation you’d need some sort of ex ante desire to racially target groups), then this seems to be very, very little. It does deserve a jail sentence, and at the very least compensation for damage done
even without the racial hate crime aspect it was still an assault on a minor and that in itself should have been taken far more seriously but i do see your point on trial by media and also its a fact that the police, judicial system and crown proscecution service are all struggling with budget restraints right now so even if the pudding had been egged a bit by the media it still goes to illustrate a wider issue though to be honest i think the reports i have seen are quite accurate
especially towards a minor... even as a first offence if this happened when i was your age i would expect to see a short custodial sentence but then again the same would be true of any one carrying a knife but today they just get a warning

Well I am coming from a Muslim family, but I can't really cricitize the woman who attacked to that hijabi girl there. First of all she's living in someonelses country, she should obey their culture, she should obey how they wear, she should obey their language and show respect to that country also its traditions. If you give too much rights to minotories, they will want more and in time they will try to make you look like them. there is a real disparity with the sentancing of women when committing similar crimes to men, thats true and needs addressing but this outcome was most likely more attributed to the budget restraints of the legal system today... the same reason we see people found to be carrying knives get a slap on the wrist when not so long back they would have had a short spell inside as a deterant

You're three times as likely to die from being shot than a knife attack. It's also considerably harder to stab someone across the street or through a wall by accident. No country's without problems, but at least guns in the UK aren't one of them.
@goaded I think I read where London at one point had more knife crime then New York had gun crime. That was when the London mayor tried to ban knives and people were making fun of him. But that wasn’t really my point I just said I’d rather get shot then stabbed. Seems quicker and less personal
The report I expect you're talking about was about a few months at the beginning of last year when there were more murders in London than New York. It was big news for a reason.
In New York, however, 289 people were murdered in 2018, down from 292 in 2017 (and way down from 2000 in 1990). London had 134 murders in 2018, more than 70 deaths involving a knife as well as a dozen with a gun (and that, too, is down from around 173 a year in the 1990s).
New York is also one of the safest large cities in the US.
which is what i just said... its down to police, judiciary and cps all having huge budget cuts making it less likely our laws will be implemented thouroughly
