Why do people refuse to cooperate with the police? (Page 2)

I'm sure somebody is going to post on this matter and blame the police. I'm talking about the Jacob Blake shooting that happened in Wisconsin. Check the link in the bottom. I've already seen tons of news saying the black unarmed man was shot and he had 3 kids in the back seat. They're really trying to paint the cops in a negative light. What they failed to tell you was that the guy did not cooperate with the police.  You can see from the video footage cops had their guns drawn. And the guy walks back into the car and appeared to be leaning over, which could appear that he was reaching for a weapon.  And another thing this guy has a criminal record, surprising right? He has a record of domestic abuse and 3rd degree sexual assault. Funny how most media leave stuff like this out.  Now shooting the guy in the back 7 times did seem excessive. And I'm not sure what lead up to this moment so I'm sure more details will be released in the coming days.  But I wanted to share it because this of course started another riot and looting... At this point I think people just want excuses to loot. All the details haven't even been released yet and people go crazy the very next day... Based on what I've seen they are dealing with a criminal that refused to cooperate. This has absolutely nothing to do with race. Now people shouldn't be asking why are police racist towards black people. They should be asking why do black people refuse to cooperate with the police? Yes I know a general statement. But just based on the last 3 shootings I'm aware of it all involved black people with a criminal history resisting arrest.
