The Kenosha protests were from the Jacob Blake shooting. Jacob Blake raped his babymama, left, came back to kidnap their children, she called the police on him, he resisted arrest with a knife after being tazed twice, had a history of resisting arrest with a knife, got shot and survived, and we still get riots.

Why is this acceptable?

Frankly, if this country is ever going to get over this bullshit we need to round up everyone participating in perpetuating the narrative that when people like Jacob Blake get shot by police it's some Emmitt Till moment and string them up.

When people riot send in the army or a militia. Give them 5 minutes to disperse before mowing them down. When kyle shot these 3 people it became extremely apparent that most of these rioters are scum. 3 for 3 were felons. The two that died were rapists and one was a child-rapist. -Is it legal for him to have a firearm?
-Is it legal for him to carry one in public?
-I would assume that he went to a public place where the incident happened?
-Did he provoke anyone? Or did someone pick on him without him doing anything except just by being there?

As the trial went, finding Kyle guilty would effectively make it illegal to defend yourself. The assistant DA actually made the statement that Kyle should've just taken a beating (and hoped that was the worst that would happen) instead of defending himself. The DA had said earlier that having a rifle meant that the guy (s) with pistols weren't a threat to him and in fluffier language implied that automatically makes him the bad guy. F*cking idiots.

Not guilty of all charges or a mistrial with prejudice would be ideal, and he needs to sue every media outlet that lied about him and what happened into oblivion. He has a much stronger case for that than Nick Sandmann did.

Considering Kyle Rittenhouse sets a number of dangerous examples for the future it would be best if he was judged as guilty.

After all, he obtained a technically illegal firearm and went to intentionally conflict with people. You can argue that he was only "protecting businesses from dangerous rioters" or whatever but it still creates conflicts that did not exist previously.

If he is judged innocent that will set an example and provide inspiration for countless other people to illegally arm themselves and seek out conflicts all around USA. Its a really REALLY bad precedent to set.

My information is correct. First of all it was not legal for him to own the AR-15 however due to a legal loophole (Literally just a poorly worded legal text) the Judge decided to drop the charge. He still can't own the gun however.

If the rioters causes conflicts by themselves or not has very little to do with Kyle Rittenhouse and his trial. Those things would take place in their own trails and having someone do something illegal or stupid does not mean you should do it too.

In the end, having more people go out and try "stop" the rioters as you call them will just result in more people from all sides (including unrelated people) being injured or killed and more property being damaged. It literally makes things worse by every metric.

Police is literally taught to not engage rioters unless absolutely necessary because it just escalates the situation and causes more property damage and puts more people in danger. There are strict tactics that you use to resolve the situation with the least amount of damages and none of them involves following what you might consider "common sense" which is a problem when you are advocating for people to take matters into their own hands without them being qualified to make the right decisions.

No, that was a clear loophole since the law intended to forbid weapons underage from using weapons had a poorly worded exception added too it saying that anyone who breaks the hunting license for minor is illegally using a weapon as a minor.

This was made to include a hunting exception for guns of a certain length, presumably a loophole in itself but that is besides the point. The problem with this is that the first law is reliant on people breaking the hunting license to judge if it is illegal or not due to the wording.

Sounds all well and good right? Everyone who dont own a hunting license for minors are prohibited from using guns. Wrong, that is not what this set of laws does in practice, or more specifically, argued in this case. They argue that the hunting license law only applies for teenagers below the age of 16 and is not replaced by another license above the age of 16 and since Kyle was between the age where the laws of a full adult applies and the age requirements of the hunting license he is neither under the restrictions of the normal gun laws and he can't have an invalid hunting license because he is too old for it.

In other words, there is an gap where they argue that no rules on guns applies. This is CLEARLY not intended and is simply due to the fact that the laws where poorly worded hence its against the spirit of the laws in question and a loophole since its being used in a way that the lawmakers had not foreseen or recognized at the time of writing the law to undermine the actual purpose of the law.

I also think that you should reconsider your stance on shooting what you call "rioters". It is not going to make them stop. It is going to make them bring their own guns and start shooting back. Your stance is the same type that leads down to civil unrest and potentially civil war. You dont want that, trust me.

No one died either the days prior or after Kyle killed two people. People dont usually die in riots unless someone does something incredibly stupid like Kyle for example who got isolated with his gun and forced to defend himself because of his own stupid judgement and choices. In fact, he probably would not even have been killed if he refused to shoot in the first place. People, even during riots dont generally jump straight to murder. The guy is innocent so we want to see innocent verdict to signal to people that justice still exists. If mobs and public threats are allowed to dictate the outcomes instead, that is a road to hell. The whole reason this happened was basically the police/arm did not stop it and so civilians were left to defend property themselves. I was arrested 3 times, drugged, locked up for almost a month, lost my job and was thrown out of community college.

No valid reasons. No convictions. Not one chance to present evidence to my defense. 2/4 I was at home minding my own business.

It's not an accident. They did it to anyone who was already fighting back. A lot of people got injections that made them not feel any emotions like walking dead. They did it to my friend. It was terrifying. A lot of people never made it back home.

I know how to defend myself but... They still ruined my life and I haven't had money for basic necessities for two years. I was making $22/hour working at a warehouse moving boxes till the first time in March of 2020. Was about to go back in May when they did it again. Was arguing with Wells Fargo in September because they stole the last $60 I had that I saved for medicine for my cat when they arrested me for "disorderly conduct". First 9 cops who showed up took my side. Supervisor came in, put handcuffs on me and said he would tell me what I was being charged with later. I finally got into a CDL program, the cops were literally there waiting outside before I knew where the room was. Said they heard I was coming to shoot up the school. I obviously wasn't. They had to let me in. 3 months into a 1 month long class they threw me out. Said I "violated the student code of conduct" but can't tell me what rule I broke.

I keep getting parasites because I live in a dump and can't afford soap.

The US government is no better than China's. They are just better at getting away with it because Americans will pay more attention to the TV than their own familes.

The FACTS are: he exercised his first amendment rights, just like the BLM protesters did. They came to assault him. He shot them AFTER running away and fleeing the scene. He literally did everything right here and didn't break any laws other than maybe the type of gun he used. Would it be better if he used a glock or another handgun? Because that's the only thing that can be argued here; that the type of firearm was "excessive force." Other than that, he didn't break any crimes.

I've been avoiding this whole trial because I think it's absolutely fucking APPALLING that society has come to this: people defending three criminal pieces of shit who assaulted a man and chased him down the street until he shot them. I would give Rittenhouse a fucking medal of courage for what he did against those fucking scumbags. All three of them should've been dead, and like I said, that's due to their own criminal behavior and going after a guy they assumed would be unarmed.

When their lives or property is on the line, the insurance isn't going to pay, perspective may change. It may not, she may have a heart for peace and rather be a victim. That is ok, it's her choice. Fundamentally, noone has a right to take away her right though to self defense if she chooses to use it. That is what I remain holding to defend her in court... if she decides to use her constitutional right.
