And he had just as much right to be there as anyone else, and he was there trying to *prevent* destruction and treat injuries, he had the better reason for being there than any of the rioters. If they weren't there setting fires there wouldn't have been any need for people to be there protecting property.

I have a concealed carry permit too, and a "legal right" to take my gun almost anywhere, but that doesn't mean it's wise to take it to a demonstration or a protest. THAT... is my point.

So the owner has been impeached on that testimony.
