That tornado was a Cat 5, which means 200mph winds. So they were screwed either way. If Amazon had built a basement with a heavy door that locked securely, than they probably would have survived.

No, because staying inside was the smart thing to do.
The smart thing to do got them killed

Actually if we want to be technical is was an EF4. It had the wind speeds for it, but didn't have the damage for an EF5 rating.
In which case, staying inside below ground is still the only emotion for something like that.
It isn’t amazons job to notify. It’s the weather service’s
You don’t think it’s the companies job to notify their workers they shouldn’t check into work when there’s a tornado warning 🤦🏽♀️
Nope. I’ve live in tornado alley my whole life. Deal with it
I’ve been in one and lost everything. Only you are responsible for your personal safety. Typical liberal blaming others
So you simply just refuse to think before typing? Embarrassing
You’re the embarrassment
Sir your 60, go take that night quil and go to bed
They are a multibillion dollar corporation. They really don't need my support lol. Will I still do business with them? As much as I did before.
There was already plenty of reason not to support Amazon already. I really don’t think this changed anyone’s opinion.
There is a PLAGUE (Omricron) killing everybody and you're fixated on a carnival ride (aka tornado)?
I don't support Amazon. Amazon are scum.
Amazon is convenient and I'll still shop there.
This is so sad🥺
Its no ones fault
Sounds lawsuits
