I don't believe that a trans-woman can get pregnant (doesn't have the physical equipment), so this is a moot question.

@uslegionary It's not a phobia, it's medical fact. A trans-woman was born with male sex organs, which doesn't include ovaries and uterus that a woman needs to get pregnant. The transition surgery from male to female doesn't add those organs. Hence, no pregnancy... not possible.
