"What do you think about the Supreme Court overturning Roe Vs Wade?"
I tink it hasn't happened yet.
". . . and ending federal mandated Abortion in America?" Abortion has never been mandatory in the US!
"Abortion would become a state issue" As a matter of law and public policy, I think it should be up to the individual states to detemine whether abortion should be available in their state. As a matter of morality, I think all abortions are wrong.

This is probably a correct decision since the Constitution does not mention the right to abortion and it cannot be properly subsumed under any rights that ARE guaranteed like freedom of speech or due process, etc.
I wouldn't be happy about it at all. Hopefully Roe vs. Wade will stay. It's a good thing I'm in NY. I hope I'll stay here for the rest of my life. It would be a disaster for a lot girls/women who want to get abortions and for their families. I'm concerned about the amount of unsafe and illegal abortions that could happen as a result of the overturning.

You're mostly correct in your thinking. Abortion was never mandated though.
Believe it or not, before the SCOTUS made that stupid decision in '73, EVERY state had LAWS banning abortion. Overturning and sending the issue back to the state level is what SHOULD have been done then. Hopefully, that's the outcome.
They can do the same thing with gay marriage too. Same type of stupid decision by the SCOTUS.As a man, I have a hard time caring about women's reproductive rights and choices when women clearly don't give a fuck about men's reproductive rights and choices. The whole "my body, my choice" thing is a disingenuous excuse when you consider that the reasons women choose an abortion 96% of the time are the exact same reasons men wish they could choose not to be a father (i. e., financial concerns, focusing on school or career, relationship issues, etc.).

When men have a right to a so-called "paper abortion" I'll start caring. Until then, nope.Yeah, why should the taxpayer have to support peoples mistakes, when condoms and contraception exists.
1) They aren't doing that.
2) It is giving back states rights to decide issues instead of a Socialist Centralized Gov't deciding what everyone must do.
3) I would be for overturning murder law Roe v Wade.you should need a license to procreate in the fist place and it should include intelligence and financial readiness requirements. I mean if you need a license to drive a car then to be in charge of another human... Social welfare has caused us to raise too many incapable people
About time the court corrects an incorrect rule from 1973.
The Constitution does not give the federal government to allow or disallow abortion.
Abortion is a state's issue.I think certain individual states leaders aren't educated enough to make such a decision.
Don't agree with it. And most states will follow each other and ban abortion. But I don't agree with any of it. Many people will possibly head to Mexico for Abortions.
Will not happen and polls are showing 70% of the country want to keep Roe vs Wade.
Plus there are many liberals in OhioThis is covid all over again
My body my choice
Right, republicans? The overturning is a good thing.
I am enjoying bathing in liberal tears.
