I never used Twitter but if people who were previously banned from Twitter are allowed back on Twitter then youtube should allow let 2 girls 1 cup and every harmful prank videos or other video taken down back on youtube. People this has nothing to do with views it has to do with a violation of community standards which the harmful content could lead to someone doing something dangerous, illegal, or violent in real life.
