I live in Missouri. As long as she is a legal adult of age 18, I would consider her as being permitted to attend something like that. HOWEVER, in reality, something like that should not be seen by a young person - especially the daughter of the condemned. A young person often has insufficient impulse and emotional control. It is also conceivable that the daughter would be motivated for revenge. Nonetheless, I voted Yes.

Not if it's against the law. You can certainly argue it's an archaic law, but so is the law that allows state executions.
