4 Walmart stores closed in Chicago. Walmart said it was because they were under-performing. Could there be another reason?

Considering the government in Chicago refuses to punish rioters and thiefs, and the fact that if you see these Walmarts they have been ransacked and destroyed, that is the reason for closure.

Have you noticed that this kind of thing isn't happening in red states? It's only happening in places where leftists have power.

Probably because a certain demographic of people who claim to be oppressed are robbing it on a daily basis. Walmart won’t come out directly and say why in fear of being cancelled. All you have to do is watch the videos on YouTube about all these robberies.

No, not really. Walmart does this all the time. Simple business decision.

I feel bad for folks who have to drive far to get to a Walmart, but, on the upside, when Walmart leaves a town, usually a Dollar General comes in. The problem is for the people who use Walmart as their grocery store; when Walmart is the only grocery store in town, these people will have to drive quite a bit to get any foodstuffs beyond the basics that Dollar General will carry.
