Have Small Towns been saved by working from home?

More and more we hear of people fleeing crime ridden liberal cities, paying big money for a tiny apartment. Bad schools, drugs, riots, BLM/Antifa protests, inflated food prices, couples working 60hour weeks just to be broke, no community, gentrification etc. Small towns were suffering because of lack of employment, now people are moving out of the cities for a better life.https://youtu.be/b1_RKu-ESCY?si=CUAXm6bDxvmLl3Ab

I hear a lot of people can't find a job. They have tried every avenue possible and still can't find work.

The months go by, never hearing back from potential employers.

So, what is the problem exactly? And what is the answer.

Where do people apply for job where they can work at home in their bedroom?

It makes me so sad when I read about people on this website say they don't know what to do anymore to land a job.

One man in bank management. He's been looking for a job for many months and his severance pay from his last job has run out. He has to sell his house, if that's even an option anymore since people can't afford to buy a house.

I had wondered if that was the case, I know a lot of friends, family and other coworkers that I've kept in touch that are working from home in the bedroom communities outside the city. I think it's made the smaller towns busier and increased jobs within these communities to compensate for the number of people staying home.

We have Monongahela the City in PA where I live surrounded by other small Cities, and they have gone to the dogs and there are very few Businesses in them Cities.
