Yes there was. Follow simple instructions. Lower your window and keep it lowered. Get out of the car when told. This was a basic traffic stop, should have took 3 minutes if he followed instructions. He's a 30 year old grown ass man who can't follow simple instructions. He created the problem then played victim.

Doesn't matter who you play for. Basic traffic stop and he created a problem. He's been in trouble with the law before and thinks he can do whatever he wants and get away with it.

You don’t throw somebody on the ground and handcuff them just because they don’t open the window instantly the cop stuck his knee on his back and he was double teamed plus later on he said he had surgery on his knee and they still took him down again

That's exactly what you do. He's refusing to comply. Won't roll down his blacked out windows, won't get out of the car, may be potentially armed. I'm sure every person being detained or arrested has a bad back, sore knee, anxiety or other health condition. His knee looked OK later that day when he ran a 30 years touch down, nothing wring with his knee then.
It's very simple. Cop asks you to roll down your tinted window so roll it down. Don't give the cops attitude for them knocking your car window. The cops ask you to get out of the car then get out of the car. Cops detain you then comply. 3 minutes. I've been stopped multiple times this year by cops and never a problem, why? Because I didn't create a problem for myself.

He already got out of the car they had control. He didn’t resist. There was no reason to throw him down. You act like he just sat in the car for five minutes and didn’t roll his window down. Look at the video again it all happened so fast. That was just a macho cop that has a bad record that was suspended many times in the past

No he had to be pulled out of the car because he was ignoring them talking on his phone. He sat in the car and ignored them everytime. He caused the problem. He's been in trouble with the law before and thought he doesn't have to comply with police like everyone else because of who he is

@Malwi93 If the cop tells you to keep your hands on the wheel, you keep your hands on the wheel, If he tells you to roll down the window, you roll down the window, if he tells you to get out of the csr , you get out of the car. I bet if he just rolled down the window the cops would have let him go with an warning. Instead he had to be a wiseass and the cops had to get rough with him. Just the tinted windows would have been a red flag for me. He got off cheap.
