2. North Korea is also involved and it has a military force of approximately 5 million people.
3. Ukraine has a recruitment age of 25, reduced from 27. With a population of approximately 40 million inhabitants.

So when Ukraine resists and even carries out counterattacks, a Ukrainian soldier must and can even manage to eliminate more than 2-5 enemy soldiers, maybe even more if he has sufficient weapons and ammunition.
Also, the longer this aid is delayed in arriving, the stronger the occupants' fortifications become. Ukraine holds the record for the largest minefield, surpassing Afghanistan.
If Trump wants to bring peace, he should send enough equipment and funds along with European allies to facilitate the liberation of Ukraine by the Ukrainians, after which it will be able to join NATO and the EU.

You are missing the point. Russia isn't attacking. Ukraine isn't counter attacking. The Russians are dug in, it's trench warfare. The Ukrainians can't get past Russian defence. I also find it very hard to believe that Russia uses modern/industrial equipment to make the trenches, there are images with drones in which soldiers dig those trenches with shovels.
Also, his analysis is precarious considering the explanation of the trenches on 3 lines. Ukraine uses drones and Haimars missiles and other ballistic missiles, Ukraine being recently able to hit a refinery precisely in Ufa, again demonstrating Chinese-Russophile propaganda.
The conditions on the front are much more precarious in the Russian and North Korean camp, they are suffering numerous losses, hostage taking and even desertions.
