Incredibly sad to see what we’ve digressed to as a society, why are spaces meant for women needing to be catered to by trans women? I’m not even transphobic myself but I just find the phrase “trans women are women” incredibly insulting, my life experience as someone who has actually been a woman my entire life is completely different to that of a trans woman so honestly isn’t it a little dismissive to try and pretend trans women are women? Trans women are Trans women, simple as that !
I even saw someone uplifting a trans woman on international woman’s day? Is there not an entire month for lgbtq people, that said person could’ve used to uplift trans women? I don’t understand, curious to hear other peoples thoughts on this though.
The poor woman is now private because of all the backlash she’s receiving.

This is a sincere problem. Transwomen have emotionally and mentally felt themselves to be women most of their lives. But this biological woman has a valid point, nonetheless. Having LIVED as a female inwardly AND outwardly for a lifetime is a different experience than living as a titular male for some part of your life then transitioning.
I'm not saying being a trans person is not incredibly difficult because of feelings and anguish over their biological stiuation; and then changing outwardly and declaring themselves trans and living thus.
But if a transwoman has had their name changed and been legally declared female by the courts, then it seems that a gym could allow a legally declared woman to use their woman only facilities.
But the reasonable side of this argument is that trans people constitute 4% of the population. There is no wave of transwomen overwhelming women-only gyms, are there.
My only reticence about transwomen is that some live as women, but may retain male bodies. This would be problematic for sharing intimate space with biological women. And I don't know how often this occurs. But transmen often do not have bottom surgery, so retain the exterior genitals of biological females.
This would likely be the same problem for biological men accepting a transman in a men's only gym.
Women are different. I assume you don't expect to have the same life experience as every other woman, especially women of different races, religions, dis/abilities, etc... does that make them less of a woman than you? Is it insulting to you to call a disabled woman a "woman" instead of a "disabled woman", or a black woman a "woman" instead of a "black woman"? What about gay women? What about intersex women? All women have their own experience and other parts of their identity. No woman is only or "purely" a woman. That doesn't mean they are not women or should be excluded from women's spaces.
While I absolutely recognize that women have vastly different life experiences, I believe that the shared experiences of biological women are significant. Biological women, for the most part, experience things like menstruation, pregnancy, and a lifetime of being socialized as women from birth. These experiences shape our identities in ways that trans women cannot relate to in the same way.
Grouping trans women and biological women into the same category does a disservice to both groups. By collapsing these categories, we risk erasing the unique struggles faced by biological women, such as reproductive rights, period stigma, or the experience of being socialized as a woman from birth. These are realities that trans women, despite their gender identity, simply cannot have shared in the same way.
we should be respectful of the fact that biological women have a distinct set of lived experiences. The same can be said for other groups, like disabled women, who have unique experiences due to their disabilities. Just because their experiences differ from those of able-bodied women doesn’t mean they are any less of a woman.
You say "for the most part," but trans women are not most women either. Why is it okay for some women to not experience these things, but not okay for others? Why is it okay for disabled women to have different experiences and struggles than able-bodied women, but not okay for trans women to have different experiences and struggles than cis or "biological" women? Why does acknowledging disabled women as women not collapse their categories (able-bodied and disabled), but acknowledging trans women as women would collapse their categories?
Please pay attention for blind spots in the rules or definitions you use that could be twisted against groups you believe are women and deserve to be recognized as women "despite" their differences from the majority. Many disabled women don't have periods, can't get pregnant, and/or experience different socialization because of their disabilities. I agree this doesn't and shouldn't exclude them from being called women, and I agree that the distinctions between able-bodied and disabled women can and should also be respected. I think the same ideas apply to trans women, for the same reasons.

The bottom line is, trans-women are NOT women. Period. They are ultra-gay men in medically manufactured costumes. They are imposters. And it's an insult to women for trans-women to be referred to and treated as women.
Plus, some men who pose as trans-women are a danger to women.
Too darn bad if they feel excluded and rejected. 😢😭 There is no obligation to humor them and their agenda. They should stay away from where they are not wanted.
Although I can understand "biological" women to be reticent, the situation of trans women is generally spoken very difficult when it comes to go to a gym for women or men only. Mixed gender fitness rooms should solve the problem mind, but being ignorant in that field I guess there aren't that many of those, are there?
Sure is that a gym for men only will never suit any trans woman, because of mockery, harassment and hate, and thus, whatever people think of them being trans, on the practical side the best is choosing women only gyms. Who are we to judge? It's none of our business. Let's thus be tolerant and avoid emitting too quickly judgments.
Now, being canceled on a social network for emitting a plain opinion seems to me rather overreacting, probably because of some moderator willing to remain politically correct. Let's try not to be more Catholic than the Pope ;0)
Social media has the right to cancel accounts if it breaks their terms and conditions. If this is somehow breaking their terms then that's on you.
It's not messed up it's knowing the rules that you agree to abide by when accepting the terms. Social media isn't canceling her life or business. She can find a new platform and make sure she plays within the limits of those terms or create her own platform.
What a messed up world! Whenever it seems that Democrats and even a Supreme Court justice can’t or won’t give a definition of a woman. How can you expect impartial decisions to come out of government? If these trans women have their junk removed. Then maybe more people would accept them for what they want to be.
