There was only a little coverage of SNAP recipients losing their benefits because to the democrat shutdown Now on TV there is wall to wall coverage at local airports of people whose flights were cancelled. Since Thanksgiving is the biggest travel day of the year.

The democrats are starting to show some cracks as we approach the 40 day mark. Will they able to withstand pissing off airplane travelers during the holiday season or will they finally reopen the government and negotiate with the Republicans.

I believe that the depth and breadth of its impact has been wildly exaggerated, as the mainstream news has been known to do.
