I read today that Texas has become the first state to invest in Bitcoin. Your Thoughts?

The Texas treasury bought 10 million worth of Bitcoin November 20th at a price of 87k. Doing so Texas has established the Texas strategic bitcoin reserve.

I moved to Texas 14 years ago. That year they requested the federal reserve give them back their gold. We still dont have our gold. Its all gone folks. The gold. You money is fake. They dont even print it anymore. If all you have is dollars, you dont have anything. Bitcoin is the hardest money the universe will ever know.

Without overwhelming you. Thats a tall tell sign. When states countries and governments start establishing possible money stability. Such as collecting gold [money's] and stockpiling. Its never a good sign.

Its not to be collective and good on their "word" on its citizens. Its because a possible overwhelming struggle is coming that the government and establishing money foundation may fall. The rest is just them acting as if they are for the people.

That's what the article said. It says they bought it through Blackrock's IBIT spot Bitcoin ETF.

I suppose that they are buying at the lowest it ha been in a while. They are being proactive and investing i an alternate currency.

I used to hold the same opinion. I always said it was a fad investment, a game of musical chairs. But it's hard to argue with the results.
