No. Mainly becauce the region is "too hot" due to the Iran situation.
But "lawfare" is a possibility, as both Russia and China can sink Israel through the courts.

Why would they?
What china will do is look for other sources of oil/gas other than iran. If iran can't be depended to deliver they are no good.

  On the other side, Russia is already struggling against Ukraine and China is focusing on Taiwan. Both have no interest in starting some war with a nuclear power who has missiles who can reach both of them and on top have the strongest military superpower as best buddy. To even think that they would randomly start a war with Israel for whatever stupid reason and then even announce it in some random stream instead instead of doing a surprise first strike is utter nonsense.
