Why do some American‑born Indians seem to internalize anti‑Indian bias?

  • They hate everything Indian. They yap things like Indian diet is unhealthy. It’s so rich in protein. You just need to cook more meat and other protein-rich meals. We spice things up which is a leaner way of flavouring food than loading up on cheese which usually has tons of saturated fats. We also don’t overdo with the FATTENING meats like bacon and beef. We clearly like a little bit of chilli instead of the INTENSE WASABI kick or the burning taste of CARBONATED drinks which Americans are addicted to.
  • They say Indian genetics are the worst as the white people in that country lead them to believe that. Indians the genes that survived TWO colonisations. Clearly fit enough to survive famines—something that’ll kill all others
  • They are forced to feel a hate for the Indian culture which is a lot cleaner than the dirty laundry of whites who routinely cheat, cuckold their partners, drink, smoke and do drugs several times more than Indians back home, have the nastiest sex (most scat and piss involving sex in the WORLD) and no focus on academics. Rather they get surgeries and like plastic people. Needless to mention the hookup culture. Also extreme hostility toward people who visit their country compared to friendlier Indians and rapidly disappearing family values.

Slave complex:When a person feels that a certain race can control their self-image, actions, tastes and choices. An inferiority complex that lacks solid evidence. It may also manifest as attacks against those within the group to appease the oppressors

Noodles and rice are NOT Indian staples and they’re loaded with carbs but then certain races STARVE themselves instead of working out and eating a balanced meal

Fermented batters are often used to make Indian carb-rich dishes, hence, making them more nutrient rich anyway. Examples include dosa (can be very filling and protein rich if stuffed with the leanest cheese—paneer), dhokla (made with a protein-rich flour that avoids overdoing the fats like almond flour), uttapam (usually stuffed with vegetables) etc. World obesity stats already put India among “underweight” nations rather than overweight America.
