I’ve cream if you have a fridge near by, if there is no near by fridge, a salad kit, you could make it yourself too. It does not have to be cheap ingredients, you could have high end cheeses, expensive vinegars and olive oils, speciality seeds and nuts like pine seeds, specialty spices or you could go cheap and gather tomatoes, carrots, apples, kale etc…
