Nothing really. It’s my first Valentine’s to spend alone in 6 years. A bit excited about that.
If I wanted, I could get a date very easily.
But this year, I’ll get a glass of wine and cheer for the bestest partner I’ve had - myself.

I don't pay much attention to it honestly but I guess the advertisements? I mean you don't have to go out and spend a lot of money at nice restaurant to show your partner how much you love em.
Do something at the house if anything, be creative, cook her, her favorite dish, write a poem, watch a romantic movie, do the whole petals on the bed thing or trail of petals to the bedroom, get her flowers, fuck all night, everyone's happy.
Well I'll be single as usual, then again, and my last Valentine's Day in my 20s (I turn 30 in in less than a few months) 😯👅😋 ah well. I long realised ago that I take more joy from other people's happiness rather than being jelly or jealous lol of it 😉🤣
I don’t care to much about it to find the holiday annoying, but can’t stand the advertisements and promoting it out there like “get your special loved one a special gift this Valentine’s day.. get them a blah blah blah” like seriously bruhh get the girl flowers, have sex with the guy everyone is happy

The expectation to be "extra" sentimental, romantic, or to buy more bullshit just like the other "special" days. It's just another day to me... and I already nutt in my wife's pussy every day... Minus the period days... I did when I was younger but now I'd rather just jerk off on her period days.

We’re celebrating the beheading of a dude just because of religion.
It's a beautiful holiday that celebrates LOVE
Nothing it's my fav holiday
Nothing, I am just completely indifferen to it.
Nothing. I ignore it all.
Used to be my favorite holiday. Then my first kiss asked to be my valentine on V-day and that impacted me SO much because I had never been asked that before. I always just loved the aesthetic of V-day and enjoyed it as a single person. Now V-day makes me sad. Because ever since my first kiss asked me that, I had imagined spending the next V-days with him. 🙃 So…. yea.
That the expectations are always on the guy
The mind games "no, I don't want anything for valentines" "OMG you didn't get me anything?"
The commercialisation.
I'm glad my wife dislikes Valentine's day, she believes we should celebrate our love every day.
The fact that it is "sad" if I don't celebrate it since I'm single. I don't have a girlfriend or wife so I have no reason to celebrate it, it's just another day. I do enjoy the candy though
The hype a lot of people have about it. People force others to spend hundreds of dollars on flowers, food and expensive stuff. Its all materialistic and overhyped. Didn't bought the most expensive stuff for your SO and you don't seem to love her anymore.
The fact that is it marketed mostly as a day men celebrate women, and men are compelled to comply, or otherwise they are "assholes". It's a combination of these two things:
This...
and this...
It's always annoyed me that I had to try to fit all my girls into one day. What I started doing recently is simply spreading it out over the course of 3-4 days so all of them get to spend time w/ me.
Its very existence lol. I disregard this day all together
nothin
it's kinda like Thanksgiving or some shit. i forget it exists lolI like to go out on a fancy date and sit across the table from nothing and talk to nobody while leaning in and being romantic just to mess with everyone around me.
Just another day for me but hate it because I’m single 🤣
That you should be doing what you do on that day on other days as well
The expectation of the day has again become a complete commercial joke , a disgrace.
Its a made up commercial holiday that ignores the historic reason. Like Saint Patrick's.
The fact that people don't realize it's a consumer day... The day was made up to sell dumb products to the silly consumers and double the price.
