Question is simple enough. I'm 23, and a virgin by choice. I am the most educated virgin in sex I've ever met., though I have never had it myself, my boyfriends have all been horn dogs and educated me to the point where my sexually experienced friends ask me how I know so much, and even sometimes for advice. This means nothing except for the fact that my the third time I have sex I will be awesome at it.
Back to the point. The older I get the more I feel shunned as a virgin, and unfortunately I like older guys.
So the question is guys (especially 30-40) would you date a virgin, and even go so far to marry her?
The older I get the more turned off I get when a girl is a virgin. I want the girl to enjoy it and practice makes perfect. I wouldn't stop dating a girl because she was a virgin but I would not marry a girl with out a sexual realtionship. That may sound bad but I have learned that a bad sexual relationship can EASILY turn into a bad relationship.
Also, no offense, you don't know if you will be awesome at sex before you have it. Hell, I know girls that weren't virgins that thought they were awesome. they were lying or the guys they had been with where easily impressed.
But the bottom line is. the right guy won't care. If he has to have sex with you and you don't want to then he is not the guy for you.
At 39, I do not have the patience to deal with virgins, makes me feel like I am back in high school dealing with the same dating problems as I went thru with virgins way back then. When it comes to sex and overall dating results, nothing can replace experience. I am not saying go out and have sex with 10,000 guys now.then again, I wouldn't discourage you from putting out.but for men my age, it's like dealing with a barely legal girl. I cannot speak for other men on the matter but virgins for me at my age is quite undesirable. The amount of experience varies but I prefer a woman who's been around a bit, and NOT just for sex only. Believe me, the virginity image is fine when you are a teen but as an adult, it's overrated.
