I'm going to be as straightforward with you as possible. He wanted to sleep with you. Once he found out that you were a virgin, his mindset changed. He most likely realized that you weren't likely to just sleep around, and that's why his outlook shifted. If he still wants to be your friend and treat you with respect, fine.
