Is he ghosting me on his trip or am I just overthinking his silence?

I've been talking to this guy online, we're "seeing/dating" each other, as he says. So, he went on a trip recently and told me beforehand that he won't be replying. I said that's fine, cause who'd be on their phone the whole time on a trip. But I've basically sent him a message saying that i hope he's alright and having fun, which to he replied and then i sent another message saying I've been thinking about him and missing him and it's been more than 2 days now, he's been online in between a few times on this other app, but hasn't replied to my message. He was online half an hour ago on this other app. So, I'm like thinking you have time to go on that other app, but not reply to my message? It only takes a few seconds.. or am i overthinking?

lol who can't reply cuz they are on a trip, anyways? Dude isn't serious.. if someone really likes you they wouldn't go days without seeing how you are always remember that with men. Actions mean more than words.

You’re not overthinking I went to Canada and I talked to my girlfriend on the phone long distance so that’s just an excuse he won’t be answering. He can answer there’s 24 hours in a day
