What do guys like being called?

[ SARCASM FOLLOWS ]
- Fuck buddy
- Friend with benefits
- Hugh Hefner
etc
[ End sarcasm ]
In all seriousness, I would respect the following nicknames:
- Hun
- Babe
- Dear
etc
And to tell you the truth, I even like a little "sarcasm" in MY life:
- "Hey jackass, come shower with me"
- "Okay you old and ugly son of a bitch, let's go to my favorite restaurant"
** These types of nicknames are only appropriate with a certain level of respect developed within your relations with your man. Try to avoid these unless you both have agreed to experiencing a new way of life. These statements are not made to be "rude" or intentionally harmful, both parties now that this is playfull comedy in an aggressive manor... Which in my opinion helps the relationship stay sane, lol **

I actually like being called by the first initial of my first name: "J". She is the only one who does it that I actually like it from...I like others to call me by my full first name.
I don't like baby, sweetie, Hun, babe...it usually means she wants something...
Well anything would be find, but ask him first like I call my friend/crush bear, because he is always warm and reminds me of a bear for some reason lol, but before I started calling him Bear I asked him if I could call him it and he said okay, but he might not answer to it, so I told him to pick and he couldn't come up with anything, so he said he would answer to it lol. He doesn't know why I call him that, but he anwsers and calls me by my middle name, but most of the time it's Cutie. So think about something that goes with him or reminds you of him, because nicknames makes you feel like you have a special place for him or he has a special place for you.
Date him girl!! I dont call anyone cutie, well i do but he's not me so date him
In my experience one of the things guys like being called is "handsome". I always call them handsome when I'm in a relationship, I think it kind of boosts their ego (the good one!). Plus I've always thought that if I was a guy I'd love to be called like that lol
Well this guy seems to agree with me:

Our name.
We like hearing our name, especially when a girl says it.
Say it sweet and it's the best
What do you wanna' call him? As long as it isn't "that a**hole" or something along those lines, I'm sure you can't go wrong =] Plus, if the guy really has a problem with it, I would think the guy would say something.
Any loving affectionate name is good , personally I love when a girl says my actuall name in affectionate way I think its more the way you say it than the words you use like I know a couple whos affectionate name for oneanother is actully rude but they say it in a loving way you know, if you like basicly , it your choice of tone and not your choice of words.
Hope that all makes sense!
People in general prefer to hear their own name. Its a sign of respect and its actually also a popularity call out. Using names like honey, cutie or babe would be more useful in bed. Women like that hot whisper in her ear and guys want that heavy moan. Be respectful out of the bed and be less formal in bed.
Hi,
Well for my boyfriend I would call him Handsome, Sexy, Honey, (Babe) lol Gorgeous, all diffrent names but there ain't many to pick from and it's what your comfortable calling him that counts.
Hope this helped

Pet names and things like that are personal. It's something that is special between the two of you. You should call him whatever you feel. If it comes from you and is sincere then he'll like it. It's what's behind it that counts, not the word itself.
Sexy and babe work just as well for guys. I'd say cute too, but some guys don't like cute so much. I guess it all depends on the guy.
I h8 cute, you're spot on with your answer!
I'm fine with being called anything that was meant to be endearing. She could call me "my little avocado" and I'd think its sweet if it has some meaning behind it.
One girl called me pony. I liked it.
My girlfriend calls me Katze 🐱 (cat) since i love to hug and cuddle.
I liked being called pony for some reason. Or unicorn.
Handsome works too. Sweetie. My Love.
People have different pet names naturally.
I automatically say hunny or sweetie. I sometimes say baby. But thatโs just me. If he told me he hated it I would try to stop but itโs just natural to me.
I like Hun or Honey. Un
Less i did something to make her mad like track dirt in on the floors she just cleaned then its usially my full name. Followed by some not so nice words
I personally find it adorable when a girl I fancy gives me some really cute names. I'm sure your boyfriend will like it too since he always calls you like that as well :)
Any suggestions?
Maybe you can try to call him 'sweetie'... 'sweetheart'...'honey bear'... 'candy'... 'gorgeous'... etc. I'm sorry if they sound too cheesy. Those were what my ex-girlfriend used to call me haha..
Their name, probably. I think most guys aren't really fond of nicknames like most girls are and I do understand because it can be quite cringey.
I like babe or handsome every once in a while loverboy rarely Is nice but not all the time if used to much I becomes kinda weird
Normally I call my boyfriend babe, cutie, handsome, sexy, his name. Sometimes as kinda jokes we'll call each other bitch or dick when we're being funny lol
Personally I love being called for dinner hell I love being called for a meal. Better than that like being called for sex. That is of course what you mean right haha
Cute is bad, cute makes you something that could concievably be replaced by a little puppy dog.
Babe is not bad, sexy is good, hot is good, I'm not too picky beyond cute.
My girlfriend actually calls me Punkface and I love it since I feel special and unique hahahaha. But if a name can't be created, Babe, Hun, Dear, etc.
Depending on the guy. If a guy is serious with his emotions, then formal words like "handsome" would definitely work.
However, emotionally open guys like cuddly words, so get creative ;)
When I say something like "Time to go. Get in the car." And she says "Yes Sir" its so fucking hot.
Or she curls up next to me and says "I love you Daddy" its so freaking cute.
I can't be with someone who doesn't talk to me like that.
@Kenni why thank you baby.
I usually go by the short version of my name, but I once dated a girl who insisted on calling me by the longer, more formal version of my name. It was a little strange at first but I ended up enjoying it quite a bit
handsome if I'm well dressed and I'm looking handsome or just cute if you think I personally look good
My guy likes to be called handsome, babe, baby, beast and my tiger.. Oh and few other things which are funny but personal. Lol.
Every guy I've dated seems to enjoy being called something different. But they all like it when you have a special pet name for them during sex. It turns them on whenever you say it and is a cute code word for when you're in the mood.
I call my guy:
-Babe
-Handsome
-Hot Stuff
-Sexy
-My love
And then I sometimes will use playful variations on his name. Or call him daddy. 😂
My name is good enough, I think. I would hate some nonsense/ridiculous constructions (did I hear 'Poochie' somewhere?). Humorous ones would be allright ('Boss', 'Master', 'Guru' and such).
I call my SO Handsome, stud, hot stuff and sexy. If not any of those I call him a shortened version of his name.
"Babe" and "baby" are probably my favorites. I also LOVE "handsome", and I like "sweet/sweetie" and "honey" a lot too.
Most helpful after 40 mins?
I call him my boy, baby, babe, honey, sweetheart, love, teddy bear 😍😍😍 lion, sweety 😍😍😍
Any of those will due
I call them โbroโ, โdudeโ or use some nickname abbreviated from their actual name. For instance, you can go with โJulesโ if his name is Julian..
I find belittling nicknames a bit cringey personally ๐
My girlfriend is very affectionate and submissive - "Baby", "My Love", "My King" and "Master" are the most common ones.
Just for fun
glad i saw some people saying they like to be called daddy

you can just make up your o own nickname for them like I call my boyfriend cookie or babee or you cAN JSS BE CREATIVE && call em daddy haha or sunthnqq bt in spanish it sounds bettar tho because it papi && quyz also call their qurlz princess or mami...
I think names like "baby" or "babe" work just fine. (especially if you use a cute little voice, they can't help it but smile). It always way more affectionate if you give them names that only he knows the meaning of... like something special that happened.
hun, baby, and if there talking to me they sometimes call me mikey lol
i always say baby
also helps cuz i never scream out the wrong name during sex
I love calling my boyfriend "love". And when I'm upset about something, I pout and say "but babe" and he thinks that's cute. Also he loves sarcastic nicknames that I sometimes tease him with.
Eh who needs pet names anyways. Babe, hun, and stuff are ok I guess. But I don't understand why the need for an impersonal greeting.
If I think a guy is good looking then I call him handsome or sexy.
Idk? I call my boyfriend baby doll when we are together but, in public I call him Honey 🍯
Cute makes me feel like their little brother, babes not bad, I actually like getting called hot lol don't hear it too often as a guy. Sexy is meh
I would say babe and i would honestly like it if my girlfriend called my cutie
I would like being called beautiful by a girl. That would make my month.
i call my boyfriend babe, and hun but if your not afraid to joke around and be a little silly with him then call him things like ur tarzan. lol have fun with it. I don't think guys mind to much. :0
I call my man my big snuggley wolfie or just wolfie because he's so a big sexy hairy man and I find it so sexy but I don't who if he likes it or not, he just laughs a little when I call him it.
I usually make up names by what they like or do or astro sign anything
Honestly try different stuff you'll know when you use the one that fits and you both like
Hun, honey, sweetheart, her favorite toy, handy (even if he isn't), handsome, good lookin. Flattery will get you everywhere.
Fag.
Trust me. They always try to bear hug me when I call them that. But I'm not interested in hugging so i usually run.
I call him bae, babe, handsome, cute, chink, chino, bruh, asshole, bitch, pretty, dickhead, homo, his name, mostly just baby.
He called me babe, bae, my name, bitch, hoe, ugly, my love, fuckface, bruh, mfcka, bitch ass n, ladyboy, baby.
Master
Lord
Divine Majesty
Blessed One
Now that you're finished laughing, whatever she calls me is good with me, so long as we're still talking. I'm not a picky little crybaby.
Dear, babe, handsome. Those are the easiest non-names.
My experience guys like to be called babe sexy cutie
Sexy or handsome. OR, uh... daddy. If you're both into that. Lol
I know what you mean. I mean anything really. Except gorgeous. That makes me cringe!! Anything is ok
While no guy would ever admit it... yes. Yes we do.
Suggestions? Whatever comes to mind at the time!
Thing is I usually don't. So if I something randomly, I don't want it to sound too cheesy or something of that sort. It'd be great if you could give me some suggestion :$
Don't really care much, as long as it's not something I find annoying, an example of which I cannot think of at the moment.
I prefer to be called by my nickname, which is "Ant".
Daddy mostly. But if that's off the table then I prefer to go by Captain Daddy.
That's fucking disgusting
Ah. English isn't my first language so naw lol
