Well I don't like my thighs and I am embarrased to go swimming and wearing shorts because of them! I plan on losing weight and making my thighs more muscular but I was wondering do guys really notice girl's thighs. Is it really a big turn off if her thighs are a bit big? Not like humungous, but like a little bigger thighs and then skinnier calves.
Yes guys do care about a girls thighs. I'm not saying its the number one thing they care about, but it definitely comes into consideration. Do cardio and work on your diet. Also the size of your thighs may be somewhat genetic but you can at least get fit and tone them up.
Yeah I think its genetics cause my mom was something like that even if they were toned! But that is what I'm going to do tone my thighs - 10 months ago
I think women tend to notice more things than men. We are simple creatures. We either like the entire package or we don't.
We may hone in on certain features afterwards and say I wish 'x' was better but largely we approach a girl because we like what we see as a whole rather than the sum of parts.
As a guy, yes, I look at thighs. All of my male friends also look at them. I'm sure that many others don't care, but there is a large group of us that looks at them.
Now, I always read the romantic, yet foolish notion that a guy will JUST like you for who you are. Yea, if there was 100% peace in this world, and there was no poverty, or if no murders or rapes were committed, or if everybody had perfect health, then I would agree with that. However, this is an imperfect world, and the bad news is that people are attracted to the physical body of other people. That's how life is.
If people were just attracted to others because they were nice persons, then you would find all those nice guys or gals out there having tons of women or men after them. Instead, you find a lot of nice guys and gals complaining that they got no women or no men. Proof enough that is foolish to think that physical looks don't count.
The good news is that everybody has different tastes. What is sexy to one person, it could easily be disgusting to the next. Some guys love thicker thighs, while others love anorexic thighs. Is all personal preference. Are you going to tell me that you don't care how a guy looks? That you only care for his personality? Right.
I completely agree with cheerchick0221. I am not skinny at all. I Am not fat either but I know exactly how you feel. I have never had a boyfriend, and am waiting for that one special guy. From experience, I have to say that boys are jerks because to them if you're not a stick they won't like you, but from what I believe, the inside is what matters. Guys are just jerks and there IS someone out there for you. Don't change yourself because of what someone esle thinks. YOU are the ONLY person that matters! You don't need to impress ANYBODY! I hope it helped. And I sorry if you took it the wrong way. I just want to help.
I know he's supposed to like the inside not the outside but part of me wants to make my thighs look better to make myself feel better as well but thnx anyways nice input - 10 months ago
