Do I send a sexy pic to my ex-boyfriend?

So here is the story, my ex and I broke up last year. He is in a relationship and so am I, but we email regularly and talk sometimes. He has before and then again last week asked me to send a pic of my breasts. I gave him one when we were together, but not since we broke up. Honestly, he holds a special place in my heart, and he has told me recently that he doesn't like his girlfriend and isn't attracted to her. Obviously, I feel sorry for her, but I like that he is still attracted to me. My question is do I send the pic? I want him to see what he is missing, but I also don't feel right since he has a gf, and I hope that he won't then just see me as a body. HELP! What is the best course of action? I even thought about emailing him and telling him that if he really wants to see them, then break up with his girlfriend and drive his happy a** to see me.
