Ever been the "bigger" girlfriend?

I dated two women that looked really different. Even with different temperments and ways of handling things.

I suppose that yes, there can be guys who stick with girls that have a similar appearance, but there are guys who don't. I dated a woman of thin to average build, small. I dated a heavy set girl. Neither of which I would have thought as my type physically. But you know what? That didn't really matter, because I enjoyed the aspects of their personalities that they were showing.

There were many aspects that were very different between the two.

So far, he seems to have picked you. And I would assume that you two are fairly happy with each other.

You're different in looks, maybe even a bit in personality. But perhaps if you look closely (and that will probably only happen if you get into a really deep comfortable trusting relationship with him), you will see some similarities.

The point is, you've got to try and forget about these ex's. They're in his past. You're in his present. There had to be (and still has to be) something that is endearing him to you, and that is what matters.

Different can be good. So you're a size 10. Some guys don't like that, some don't mind, and some will love it. The last girl I dated was heavy set. That didn't matter one bit. I never brought it up to her, because it wasn't an issue for me. The personality (both the positives and negatives) were what really mattered in the relationship.

Yes and No. Most guys are either "boobs" guys, or "butt" guys. Some of us are "legs" or "hair" guys. Me? I am an ass man. So, you sound just absolutely delicious the way you describe yourself, because my wife is a healthy, curvy size 10. I can't stand girls that are a so-called size zero, because they suffer from white-girls-disease, otherwise known as Noassatall.

The truth is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and your new man may just be hungry for you, for you, which is really cool. At his young age (I assume) he is still working it out.

There's not just one type of girl we like, we like different types. Maybe that was one of the types of girls he liked, and then you came and were so gorgeous that he started liking your type. My girlfriend right now is a 5"5 but before that I was daiting a girl who was 6'. BTW hair color doesn't make or break anything, we still have to like you before your hair color even comes remotely close to deciding anything.

He might be more ready for a real girlfriend. It's possible all this time he picked those girls but never really liked him, but now he knows the kind of girl he really likes, and you are how it looks.

I do like blonde girls but also I like other than blonde if she's cute and attractive , I'm sure that you're attractive so don't think too much about it if he likes you

5'10I 140 lb is hot. I like short skinny girls but also tall skinny girls. As Long as they are hot. Hot is more important than Size.

Guys are always FIRST attracted to the person by looks, and secondly by personality. So unless you met and feel in love on the internet, it was YOUR appearence that attracted him to you anyways. So give yourself props for being hot, and forget about his past. Have body confidence and he will love you for it, if you think your sexy he will too. I am in the same position as you really. My boyfriend is 6'2, just beautiful and fit as hell, and I am 5'9 and volumptuous( about a size 13 )! I am the biggest girl he has ever dated, and he cheated on every girl he's ever dated since we broke up in highschool with me. He is in love with every aspect of me, but I honestly believe it's because I always have had love and respect for myself, its contagious. And remember to look at the situation the other way around -There's no way he can be perfect, but you are still hot for him right? so don't worry:)

Maybe he doesn't have just one type, maybe those girls were his "comfort zone" and that's what he usually ended up dating. It doesn't mean that he finds you less attractive or anything.

My usual is average height, medium built dark skinned guys, but that doesn't mean that I would not be into guys who do not fit that prototype, it's just what I usually end up dating if that makes any sense.

You have nothing to be insecure about though. If he wanted a tiny blonde girl he would be with one, but he's with YOU so he's obviously attracted to you and wants you.

OMG! are you sure your not my twin.lol. I also am a big momma, 5'11'' and 140lbs. I am a natural blonde, but I dye my hair dark brown or red. I wear a size 7-8 in jeans. I look at it like this hun, if your boyfriend chose to date someone of your stature, he digs you! it sounds like he is more open to change than have a set ''type'' of girl he likes. obviously he liked what he saw in you, so no worries.I know it can be VERY difficult and make you feel insecure when your so damn tall, especially because you don't feel that whole ''petit'' stereotype. i think it's probably just about who he falls for, sort of. like, just because your not the typical kind of girl he dates physically. he likes you, I don't think it's that he's only into small girls.

i knw how you feel I'm a size 8 to 10 uk size though and all the guys I like go for girls who are size 4 (size zero in america) or a size 6 uk girls and I don't know I just can't be that way for them and its making me so self consious, I can't compete with these girls I can't be that small I'm small enough as it is, your lucky your guy likes you the way you are just be happy with that

he sounds like a great guy.in his eyes he probably finds you very attractive. and I bet you have something he didn't get from the other girls. a fantastic personality. that's prob what drew him towards you. don't be insecure becuase another thing guys love is confidence its automatic sexy point :] good luck
