brush your teeth regularly, floss, too. That teeth whitening sh*t makes your teeth white, but it looks to fake. Most guys including myself will look at it as being superficial.
i have been using my regular toothpaste then dunking the tooth brush in baking soda. in about 1 week my teeth were noticebably whiter. it taste nasty though. but its worth it.
Do not use whitener! You will damage your teeth. Use a whitening toothpaste and leave it at that. They will work way worse if you damage them with whitener, believe me.
