What do you think of girls who wear safety shorts?

I almost always wear them with dresses or skirts or athletic shorts- I call them sliders though. I wear them to feel comfortable, because I know I don't always have the most lady-like manners, and in case I do slip up, I'll know I won't be showing the world my underwear. :)

my mom used to make me wear safety shorts when I was a child. I rarely wear shorts or dresses, but when I do its never with safety shorts. I don't see the need, its not like I'm playing or roughhousing, I know how to carry myself in public so that you wouldn't see anything

I don't think guys notice or care until they are trying to look up your skirt..I wear those I think they're spandex and it doesn't seem to bring down attraction

Some may label them as prudes, but i don't blame them. I view them as conservative, rather than a prude. And i respect that.

I usually wear ones that pull my tummy in too. I like to wear them to stop my legs from chafing too since I'm rather heavy

Why are they called safety shorts?

I think it's called safety shorts because in case something happens you won't flash your panties to the entire world. Like if a gust of wind comes through, or going up stairs, or fall down. It also keeps you safe from perverts that like to upskirt girls.

No my parents didn't make me wear safety shorts at all. They just told me not to play when I had on a dress. I'm closer to 24 than 18.
