If you chew gum, how much do you chew a day?

I feel like I chew 10 or more pieces, just get bored.

I usually chew like 2. One at school after I eat so my breath doesn't smell that bad and one when I leave school. I usually chew until there's no flavour left, then throw them away. I also chew like 5 if we're talking about kids gum because I want to make balloons as big as my face lol

I did actually chew gum today though, because my gums were sensitive and it helps.

Maybe like 3-4 pieces per week. It takes about half the year to build up that much of a habit then around comes Ramadan and the habit is kicked and stays kicked for months.

i chew around 2-3 times a week. 10 a day is quite a lot and you should reduce. if you really do feel the need to chew gum, just make sure its sugar free, otherwise you'll be having tooth problems in no time
