One of my best friends is into bodybuilding and he gained a lot of weight after being bed bound after an accident and got himself back up to speed really quick afterwards but doing a solid routine of stomach crunches 3 times a day and (I don't know what this is called!) but that thing where you lie back against those things that look like birthing balls and do sit ups with your hands behind your head and running. Also I know he is a picky eater and I've picked up some tips from him, try to eat carbs which your body can break down and dugest quicker like cous cous, brown rice and quinoa.
I don't anything else I'm afraid, I just watch him do it! lol. But I think judging from your avatar you would look great in a bikini without doing anything so don't sweat it.
